Our Milestones:
1994
China Oriental Express Co. Ltd (COE) was established in Hong Kong.
Started with wholesale business in worldwide express and local
delivery services.
1999
Shenzhen COE Express was established in Shenzhen. Shipment
processing hub has been gradually shifted from Hong Kong to
Shenzhen since then. Retail outlets have been set up in Futian,
Baoan, and Longgang.
2000
Hong Kong?Shenzhen trucking services started. The scale of
business has
been expanded to areas like: freight forward by road, air freight
services, warehousing, international purchase, and custom
declaration agency.
2001
Oriental Express Services (OES) was established as a leading
logistic network in
Great-China region, which is covered by 6 sub-regions: Eastregion-Shanghai,
South region-Guangzhou, West region-Chengdu, North region-Beijing,
Hong Kong region-Hong Kong, and Taiwan region-Taipei. The network
management company together with an IT house is located in
Shanghai.
2002
Dongguan COE Express was set up to capture the fast growing local
wholesale and retail market. In the meanwhile, adding another
custom clearance gateway in Changping express center, Dongguan.
Retail outlets in Guancheng and Changping have been set up.
Hong Kong-Dongguan trucking services started
2003
Guangdong COE Logistics was established in Guangzhou. As the hub
of South region, Guangdong COE is responsible for developing and
managing branches in the sub-region.
Hong Kong-Guangzhou trucking services started.
2004
COE Information Centre was setup in Shenzhen to provide the
centralized billing & settlement, quality control, marketing,
and training for COEHKG, COECAN, COESZX and other business units
in Southern China.
COE CAN has acquired Class A license of
international transportation.
